Maybe you can explain better your overall setup so we can help you better:

What make/model speakers do you have?
What make/model headphones?
Why the portable speaker amp?

The DAC in the STX could easily be as good as the one in the VX1.

If you want a more powerful digital amp than the VX1 for your speakers, Indeed makes one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-2014-Indeed-Class-D-Amp-TDA7498E-160WX2-Stereo-Amplifier-36V5A-adapter-BLK-/291074046376.

Now, were you looking at the Asgard 2 for use with headphones? To keep it small for your desk, the Magni 2 Uber is even smaller than the Asgard 2 and would have the necessary connections to go STX->Magni 2 Uber->Indeed t-amp.

I had a FW-D550 Philips Mini hi-fi stereo system, which is sadly main unit is not working anymore but the speaker are working and the speakers are powered by the main unit. Now my point is how can i use this speaker... i can use AVR kind a thing  but i like portable to save my desktop space....  Topping VX-1 & schiit asgard-2  may be the good option but i cant find the proper specification in there site.

SMSL SA50 might do the trick for 65 dollars

I find it hard to justify spending 150 dollars on an amp when you can get some good (new) powered desktop speakers instead for similar money (also saving some space)

Something like the M-Audio Studiophile AV-40 (130-140 dollars). The 5 inch Monoprice powered studio speakers cost 194 dollars.

Best Luck!
