My burson 160DS is cheaper and outperforms CLAS -db > SR71b combo.
Burson $900 vs CLAS -db/SR71b/Interconnects ($599+$650+$200=$1499)

If you really have to go with portable setup, CLAS is the winner but no portable gears beat full desktop dac/amp pricewise.
