idsd black label or mojo is a great option; although they are portable, I used them for desktop dac just fine.

I would go with Questlye 600i. True dsd playback and Current mode amplification that drives a ton of headphones very well. It's fully balanced and can be used as a balanced pre amp as well for a 2 channel system if you have that. 3 headphone outputs, 2 single ended and 1 balanced.
