I'm looking for a DAC/AMP who will sublimate my Vali.

I mainly listen to metal (power and symphonic).

The source is my computer and my maximum budget is +- 600 €.

Aune S6/S16 - Schiit audio Valhalla 2 - .... ?

I've run my Kennerton Valis exclusively via my Schiit Jotunheim (regular DAC, multibit wasn't an option when I bought it) and they're fantastic.

I'd recommend replacing the stock cable with a more flexible & balanced one if you go down that path. (optional)

There are likely other good combos out there but that's what I've used and it works like a dream.

Is it interesting to buy the multibit DAC (only +80€) or is the regular DAC good enough ?
