Looking for a headphone with a "fun", "V-shaped" signature and basically narrowed it down to these two. I know they're not exactly in the same price bracket, but being unable to test out any Ultrasones, i'll start near the bottom end. Would be interested in hearing opinions on how these two compare in bass impact, quantity/quality wise?

Both of them have really good and rich bass but I personally think the D600 hits slightly harder and is tighter. The HFI-580 has less control over highs and the mids feel 'fake' (if it makes sense), but that's the difference in price point.

Thanks! I may be able to preview the D600, might as well go with them then if I happen to like the sound
