I want to send my D5000's in to Denon to get the cable replaced. It takes a lot of jiggling and squeezing on the end to get both channels to produce sound, otherwise it's just the right driver.
On their support site you have to fill out a form with various information like the serial number, but I can't find it anywhere on this damn thing. I took the pads off but didn't see anything. Any ideas?
