Has anyone had the opportunity to compare these too? I own the D2000's and am wondering if it's worth the upgrade?

It is worth it if the money is not much of a concern, and want that *smidge* better SQ, and pretty wood to boot.

I sold mine, and kept the D2000, only because I already had several Darth Beyer woodies to enjoy -- if no woody Darths, I would have kept the D5000.
