Interested in the D2000 but i am just wondering if it is fun enough for Urban music

Any comments on it?

I think it's well suited. It handles the highs very nicely and the bass really gives that R'n'B kick. I find the mids are a little recessed, which slightly affects voices, but I know others don't agree with that.

Yes they are fun enough for hip-hop but hip-hop is rarely recorded well enough to really make them shine. The Chronic sounds really good though.

Hmm... slight affects voices huh. I'm a bit concerned with that since i got A900 and its honky/nasal mids is putting me off.
