Denon AH-C551 for £60 or AH-C751 for £83?

I already ordered the former, but I am tempted to send them back when they arrive and go for the C751 instead now Advanced MP3 Players has offered me such a good price!

What does anyone think? Worth the extra £23 (+ some extra effort)?
