Hi, did you tried this dual wire AES/EBU ? I have an upgraded T+ and had never managed to make it work correctly .. channels and phase are messed up when tested with demo cd. Tks !
Anyone got published dual AES of any Denafrips products especially TerminatorPlus working correctly ? 🙏🙏

As I understand it, dual AES is for use with Denafrips DDC, like Gaia.

Anyone know if the Denafrips Terminator applies dithering when oversampling? Also does it alter the phase when oversampling?
No idea on #1. Well made dithering is mostly transparent, doesn't show on typical FFT plots. Why is this question?
It uses FIR filters on DSD input: I wonder whether it uses dithering there also.
Dithering is not possible in 1-bit DSD format. Denafrips use FIR-32 hardware decoder. An alternative is 1-bit decoder, like in first Sony bitstream CD players (poor sounding).

This is how it works. FIR-32 converts 1-bit DSD to multibit (six-bits) DSD datastream. Conversion to analogue is made on six unary resistors. It is possible to dither multibit DSD, but I can't answer this.
