Deleting senssrv.dll Trojan?

Guys I need some help deleting this trojan file. It was installed on my computer via a browser file and now I cant find anyway to delete it. McAfee recognizes the senssrv.dll in the system32 folder, but cant delete it. Please help, as I have never encountered a problem like this before, and I really dont want to reformat my entire computer.

No instructions here for that specific virus/trojan, but I recommend restarting in safe mode and scanning again, and try to delete it that way.

seconded. scanning for adware or viruses in normal mode is pointless. you must do all disinfecting in safe mode or you risk the malware regenerating itself. a good 'ole reformat never hurt, either.

Can it at least quarantine it?If not then try out the free AVG as it gives you the option to do so.

Now if you got the virus through the browser i would still scan for that spyware kind of junk also to be totally covering all sides.

I'd recommend downloading the Spy Sweeper Trial from webroot.com. It only scans (can't remove). But when it shows the results, you can see exactly what files and Registry traces to manually delete.

The first step is to disable system restore since its a 3:1 that the virus has made its way into the system restore files and will constantly be reappearing after you do manage to delete it. The next step is to boot into safe mode and delete the file manually.

In genereal, people, turn off system restore. Its the #1 way viruses stay in your system and its worthless as a feature.

I can tell right away you have two spies that Spy Sweeper detects: Secure32.html Hijacker and Trojan-Backdoor-us15info. Right then, so IMO your best bet is to download the trial and manually delete what it finds.

I was copying all the lines that I would remove if it were my computer, but it turned out to be over 90% of the stuff there.

Your only real problem is:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: SensSrv - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\senssrv.dll

This is loading in both safe and normal mode. You can't delete it or the reg entry while the OS is running. Correct me if I'm wrong.
