I deleted my avatar image but now I can't upload a new one.  Says I need admin account to upload a new image.  I tried following the instructions but they refer to things that I can't find.

Maybe you have to have more posts to load an avatar??? Otherwise, easy to do through your profile page. There would a "replace avatar" link under the spot where your avatar goes on the top left.
