Seeing as how Audeze ditched the pleather/vegan pads (the ones I like) I have tried to find a close match (leather alters the sound on ones I have tried) and I was wondering if anyone has tried the Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin. I got to wondering if the breakdown in its structure (the holes) will make it more like the vegan, and that allow the pads to be more spacious.
Below is the signature of the pads vs stock, although I am unsure of what the stock was? leather or pleather?
The Dekoni leather ones were fine but the low end was muddy and not as open which I put down to the sound not being able to pass as easy as it did with fake leather?
