Has anyone heard of Dee Daniels?
I haven't before - not until last night.
One of my friends has got the connections, and he hooked us (my church worship team) up with Dee for a little vocal lesson at her place.
Although we spent 3 hours on no actual singning techniques, it was well worth the money.
She gave us a lot of insight into singing for a purpose - what she calls being a "catalyst": to connect the audience spiritually.
She also taught us how to sing each word like we mean them.
It was a really awesome night!
