Wow. I had just found this as well. For those of you who live near a Guitar Center, you should take advantage of their price match plus 5% discount off the difference.
 
Your cost would be the following:
 
$599-$299= $300 x 5% = $15
 
$300 - $15 = $285 + plus (depending on where you live)
 
I live in Chicago so the tax here is 9.5% which equals $312.08 for those of you who can't wait (provided they do have it in stock).
 
Otherwise you can't beat $300 delivered from the EGG!!!
