hummm .. i guess logic would dictate that going for the 337 is a real upgrade, whilst the 3332 is just a sidestep from my 332.
And more tubes can only be more fun!

Its kind of anoying - its not loud but its distracting.
So my mind is wondering if I should go for the 3322 or 337?
I can't make sense of the boyier.com/en website.. maybe just me, but I can buy the DV337 in the UK... what should I do?
I have a bunch of tubes for the 332, but I could sell them all with the amp I guess.

I have no idea what you are trying to say with your post.

I had mentioned in my first post i'd looked at the Boyier website to buy the amp, but i couldn't figure out how to buy it! I found it, found the price, hit buy.. but my cart was always empty, even registering on the site didn't help.

Drop them an email and see if that gets you anywhere. I tried it, but it wants me to register first, so no go there. Have you checked your browser Java security levels?

Had the same probelms with the BOYIER website: doesn't work even when you want to buy. Why they haven't got it sorted out yet is beyond me!

I have the TS 6080WC and of the 6080s I've tried (RCA, GE, TS) they are the best. My understanding is the Bendix 6080s are even better but pricey. The TS 5998 has a wider soundscape and better dynamics & bass impact. Plus it looks more retro.

yes its that much better that I have decided to keep my AKG 701s, I never realised that getting a different tube could make that much of a difference; the tonal balance is just right for me now.The tube only cost £7!

yes a TS 5998 would be an interesting buy.
