Under my $300 budget, which amp is the best??

Recently I am thinking to buy a DarkVoice 336se. But I think I can listen from your guys for some suggestion.

My currently HP are MS2 fatboy, and I will grab one pair of K601 in two weeks....

Head-Direct EF1, should be better for low impedance headphones. Sounds nice with the AKG K701s so it will probably be alright powering the K601s as well.
