Hello all

Im looking for a DAP that has the ability to stream at least tidal but preferably spotify too.

What are the main recommendations? Ideally want to spend $400 or less

The fiio x5iii appears to have firmware issues and the x7 is out of budget. As is the astell and kern offerings. Id rather not get a mobile phone if possible.

For me a phone does so much better in all situations. My Echobox Explorer has trouble keeping connection but it does have to go go back as it is not acting right at the moment.
