Yeah... I was trying to stretch it a bit, and it snapped... What should I do?

Eh, I'm not too worried about cosmetics. Anything quicker? I want to listen pretty soon.

Duct tape fixes anything.

Eh? I don't get what you mean. Oh, and I don't think they sell replacement headbands.

Would super glue be enough to hold the thing together?

Take off entire padding.

Cut black foam in a strip and glue it under the part that lays on your head.

Cut it perfect with a hot wire/hot knife so it looks factory.

I... uh... don't see the need to do that... If I make the plastic come in contact together again, it looks just about perfect. And the foam is fine, too.

I would use epoxy resin if i were you. Super glue will work for a while but become very brittle with age. Epoxy has a much longer life. Polyester resin for repairing car parts would work great as well. Bondo is one of its brand names.

I think I may try that resin recommendation. I snapped my headband a couple months ago while stretching it, too. Very sad day!

I've used black duct tape to hold it together.

On the bright side, that Senn vice-grip is gone.

On the down side, there's almost no clamping force at all anymore.
