Hi All,
 
I have tried searching the internet for an answer, but have not been able to solve my issue.  I have a Schitt Magni and Modi.  Before I upgraded to windows 10 awhile back, everything worked fine.  Now, the dac will not shut off when the computer is turned off.  I am running an ASRock motherboard.  I tried looking for switches to turn off the USB Charge power, and tried fiddling with the bios with no success.  I understand that the reason ther power stays on is so one can recharge USB devices when the computer is off, but I just dont like seeing my DAC on.  I have just been unplugging it when I turn off the computer.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Look for ERP in the BIOS (or EUP if you can't find anything). No idea what kind of BIOS you have, but it should be somewhere around the power management settings.

Your USB ports are power on. you have to see in bios or uefi to disable that option.
