Hello,
Is it even possible to buy a DAC or DAC/AMP with a HDMI input?
 
I was hoping to find one for about $300.00 ( probably Chinese) but I'm having a hard time.
 
Any advice?

The Bryston BDA-3 isn't out yet I think, but it will definitely be well beyond $300.
