I own a pair of iSine10 headphones, but I don't have a DAC. I do have a massdrop O2 Headphone AMP. What DAC and I am also getting USB audio cleaner like the Schiit Wyrd. My main listening platform is Spotify. I was thinking about either a Modi Multibit or a Modi Uber. I am also going to get a second set of headphones. I am waiting for my Audeze Mobius to arrive. Do I even need an DAC if I am using the Mobius? Also is a Schiit Wyrd useful for the Mobius if I use it with USB?

Mobius has it's own DAC/internals. It's a closed system.

Modi Multibit sounds pretty good(sweet, smooth) to me, but you may have trouble with drivers trying to install it on a PC. I would avoid the previous Modi versions. I'm sure cheaper DACs will sound fine, though, that have much better/cleaner USB signal, with no Wyrd needed, like a Topping D30. Buy a Modi MB and D30, send the loser back. : )
