Yesterday i connected my in ears to my dj midi controller (traktor kontrol s4) and that has a built in audio 4 soundcard from native instruments, and that has the same audio quality as a audio 2 dj soundcard, and the sound was so much better! so i think an audio 2 dj soundcard will make a lot of difference for my in ears 
The bass was deeper, and the sound was more powerfull.
