I am Ben and I am looking for a dac and amp for my terminator v4.
 
I have never owned a dac nor amp before and my current budget is about 700 dollars (US)
 
If you guys know a good priced amp or dac please suggest it to me

You could get any of the audio gd combo dac/amp units for that price. To buy separates might result in less for your money but it would allow for easier upgrading in the future. What are you using for a transport? (computer, cd player, etc)

i own macbook pro but since i am a korean and most of the koreans use pc, i am running window 7 on it
i also own ipod touch 4g )
