I am looking for budget DAC for mixing depending on wich i can get cheaper i will get either of HD cans. from budget options i've seen MATRIX RIP USB DAC however i can't find no opions about it. My budget Maximum is Matrix M-stage its just about 100$ more.

Can You please tell me if there is huge diference ? i already own Lexicon Lambda interface if that helps.

I realy like the  idea of  moving around with laptop, cans, amp/dac  the less the better.

Btw i just saw USB Matrix M- stage is this the same unit but with  built in soundcard ? what are the difreences ? i guess it would be perfect for me to just take m stage laptop and cans anywhere
does it sound the same ?

Do a quick search, there is a thread about the Matrix M stage..im sure you'll find opinions about the version that comes with usb which i heard is decent for the price.
