I am having a problem setting up a Dac (VDA-1) to my 1212m using foobar.
I am getting a signal to the patchmix but no sound..

Going nuts here.....

Any help would be appreaciated.

Open a digital default session in patchmix for 44.1 and see if that works.Then check foobar to make sure it is sampled at 44100.If you are using ASIO then check to see if your output matches ASIO.

OK - assuming you have a signal at the DAC ? Half of my problems were plugging in the digital cable to the wrong connector on the back of the card.

Check to be sure that you have an ASIO Panel.

Then make sure that you have input and output set right in the upper right quadrant of Patchmix.
