I looked up hifi equaliser and found some with 10 adjustable bands! Thanks, do these connect to a DAC and AMP?

Assuming they use RCA in and out you'd just put it between the DAC and amp.

Yes. Or XLR if all the gear is balanced.

I don't think there is no 10 Band EQ of appropriate quality at that price range
