With most dac amps when you plug in your headphones it mutes your speakers or you can only select headphones or speakers with a button. I used to have a custom built o2odac that had RCA out in the back with 1/4 headphone jack and I'd use a passive volume control to control the speakers and I could play both at the same time. Really missed that thing it was awesome but sadly I lost it in a move and can't seem to get one like it again. What would be a modern day alternative?

Fiio E10K does that (except the headphone jack is not 1/4, but 3.5mm)

And it's quite low end (although quite good for the price)
