Hi all,
So yeah, after the amp/DAC combo I was planning to buy got thrown out the window when the seller decided to stop stocking the player I was after, I'm back to square one in terms of getting a portable rig for use with my Minerva Mi-3 customs. I've got about £300 to go between the player and amp in some combination. The only real conditions is that it has to be pocketable and needs to be able to drive the headphones well (Impedance is low but the Mi-3s supposedly benefit greatly from more authoritative sources), aside from that audio quality is my only concern. My current best offer is an iPod Classic with Just Audio UHA120, thoughts?
