I am using my Hifiman he-500 with the following setup

CLAS -db -> Cypher Labs 4 pin mini to mini -> Cypher Labs Duet  -> twag 2 Balanced Connector  -> Hifiman HE500

the setup shines very well in all category.
but it has slightly more brighter sound characteristics.

shall anyone provide any other setup for long time listening ?
shall i need to go for tube ampliifer or Solid state is enough ?

I don't wish to misguide/mislead you, but perhaps you simply need to try a cheap, non-destructive and reversible mod instead.

This 'fuzzor' mod simpy requires a bit of time, a steady hand and some patience.
I found positive results in taming unwanted treble resonances/reflections and have not removed the felt since installing it.

A lot of planar type headphones respond best to amps with high output (around 3000mW / 32 Ohms) - while not universally true, most have found this to be a good rough guideline - but this kind of power will drive pretty much the most difficult to drive headphones with ease... the HE-500 does not fall under this category but most HE-500 owners reported better overall sound through beefier amps.
