I am in need of a DAC/amp since I don't have one.
I have a Senn HD600 and I will be buying a Grado RS-2 in the future (will use both).
I have narrowed it down to the Travagan White and the Corda Cantate.
Can you please give me advice on which I should purchuse.
The Cantate is $520 and the White is only $290. Is there such a big difference in sound quality or will I be better off with the White and extra cash to fund my RS-2?

Have you tried the Predator and not liked it, or not tried it? And if not, why not? Mine has made me deliriously happy, and I'm far from alone (in this regard, check out Sam Tellig's piece in the September issue of Stereophile).

I'm not looking for a portable, I would like to have a desktop for the extra power. But thanks for the advice.
