Title says all. I need an all in one unit to power these headphones and hopefully harder to drive cans for the future. I run out of my laptop. I dont need pocket portable, but it should be backpack friendly

That's a good choice, but I wouldn't call that "backpack friendly" at all, haha.

The O2 amp variants should have enough power to deal with the K7XX. The JDS labs O2+ODAC is $279

Even smaller is the Fiio E11 with a usb powered dac of your choice.

Is there a way to have a quarter inch jack on the o2?

You can get an O2 with the 1/4' headphone jack, for like $30 extra.

Where as you can buy a 1/4" female to 1/8" male adapter for under $10 (off Amazon or eBay).
