Yeah, he's upgrading from a latest version of onboard chipset. I don't even think omni is better actually. Not even close to the level of AKG K712.
 
I can see what you're saying but as an AKG 702 owner this is not the right choice of equipment to get the mess with.

Because if the omni's dac is not so good,I could buy from the beginning the audio dg which is both dac and amp,perfrorms better than the schiit as you said and save some money from future changes.

The 712s are going to give you an impressive soundstage. They are very highly resolving, but a bit power hungry, and so will respond very well to a good DAC/amp. I think you would find either the Schiit stack or the Audio-GD NFB-15 with the 712 to be an excellent upgrade over what you have right now for music and gaming.
