those are volume attenuators not mere impedence adapters. those are fine im sure for certain uses but i don't think those will help the d2 like a mere resistor will as many people posted that they thought sound changed terribly when using those.

im sure the sweet spot for d2 is 120 ohm and more but for my ipod, the 75 seems quite good but 120 is probably better
