I have this D-SJ301 which keeps shutting off in the middle of a song. But the batteries are full, and when I try to recharge batteries it doesn't fully recharge them, as in the charge icon on the screen disappears a couple of minutes after I press the Stop/Charge nob.

and can anyone tell me what causes these problems and what can I do to remedy them.
