Just got a radioshack adapter to go with it but two thngs are weird and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it. First of all, the unit powers up when the adapter is plugged in but on the LCD the BATT indicator is on. Is this normal or does it mean it's not getting all the power it can from the adapter? Secondly, the plug is really loose. Is this normal as well....I mean one little touch on it and it loses all power. Thanks

sounds like you got the wrong size adapter. I have a radio shack PS for my d34, and it fits the unit like a glove.

do you happen to know what plug it is, they use letters to differentiate, or a model number? Yeah, I was in a hurry plugged it in and it worked not till I got home did I realize how loose it really was.
