yeah late last year amazon had the custom 1 for £17.99 stunning buy so had to get some, then play did teh se110 for the same, bargain then amazon did the custom 2 for £50 (and i ordered teh weekend before the vat drop so they gave me a little more off too) got them for like £48

amazon is a bit like pc world, every now and again someone clearly prices something way too cheap because they have no idea what it should cost

I got the C1s for £17.99 and the CX95s for ~£40. I must say I don't think CX95s are that good at all. There really is very little detail and the bass is overwhelming. They are clearly a big step up from CX300s but nothing special.

I used to use my pl-30s more than my cx95s (esp with an e3 to boost bass). Now I only use RE2s which are miles ahead of all of the rest I have mentioned (again, esp with an e3/e5).

I need to give C1s more of a chance I think. I find them tricky to get the right seal. I know they have good potential but I find them a bit awkward to use and a little fatiguing.

if you use the customs with some olives it cures the fit/seal issues

Yeah, I might have to invest in those. I can see that they sound hugely better when the seal is right.
