So I have a large .APE file which came with a .cue and want to convert it to FLAC and into individual tracks. Any program out there for the Mac that does this?

Personally, I use XLD, which is free. You'll just have to set your file format preferences, double click the .cue file and hit start and it'll convert to whatever you chose.
