I've been wearing my reshelled TF10s for a few weeks now and I could live with the way the fit is.  But I can tell it's good...not great.  When I'm at the gym I lose seal.  They don't fall out, but there's definitely bass loss.  Even when I'm wearing them normally, if I push on them ever so slightly, the bass increases (is this normal)?
 
I'm within my adjustment period so I contacted Inearz.  They suggested for me to take it to my audiologist and have them check the fit and mark them up.  Well....I called my audiologist today and they said since they didn't manufacture the device, they won't do that.  UGH.
 
Any suggestions as to 1) whether I have a normal seal for a custom and 2) how do I tell Inearz how to fix it?

Out of curiosity, did you get the impressions done at a reputable audiologist? Did you use a bite block when having them done? 
 
I'm getting reshells done soon and want to ensure I don't run through the same trouble you're having.

Ok read it.  Says it's toxic...I'll check my wife's nail polish bottle.  We have some polish we use for my daughter that's supposed to be non-toxic.

I'm not using this as a permanent solution, but rather just to figure out a way to tell InEarz what they need to adjust.
 
Short of that, any other options?

Yes, they were done at a reputable audiologist.  I had my ears checked at the same time, scope in ears, soundproof booth hearing test and the works.  Didn't use a bite block but she told me to open and close about 15 times as it sealed.  They do a ton of hearing aids and also Westone customs.

You have to expect to lose seal from time to time if you're moving around. They're hard acrylic; your ears are soft, flexing cartilage. I think you've got the best solution, push them back into place when they shift.

If you've got the bass you want when you're relatively at rest and the isolation is decent, you probably don't need a reshell.

So just as an update, I used the non-toxic Piggy Paint I mentioned above, put on a few layers and i definitely notice a BIG difference with the bass.  Now there's a very deep thump that I expected.  Also, when I push them with my fingers (slightly), I don't hear any difference.  Now...I just need to make sure this hasn't impacted the fit in a bad way...and also hope InEarz can adjust as well as the piggy paint  or I'll be buying alot of that stuff.

And another update....so what I described in my original post is definitely not normal, as others have pointed out.  I went to a hearing aid specialist who told me what needed to be adjusted.  After the adjustment, they came back with a much better fit.  I was able to run on a treadmill without losing seal.  Also went through an entire workout with minimal adjustment.  This is a HUGE improvement over the last fit, and an even bigger improvement over the TF10s which I had to adjust every two minutes.
