Customer service with UE (Logitech)?

I can now conclude that it's absolute crap....I contacted them on the 31, and it is now the 12 and I still haven't gotten a response from them...absolutely crap.

What I guess I won't be buying Ultimate Ears anymore.

maybe thats why JH left ?
im starting to think that logitech might to keep the universal side of the business alive on brand name and tech alone, but the custome earphone business will slowly die if they give crap support and bad costumer care,

Probably the reason...I would leave because UE was built on CS and quality.

I take back my comment then, but regardless, avoid Logish1t like the plague....especially if you need CS from them...

In what way? As a kinda committed user of Triple Fi, what can I expect from UE now Logitech are on the scene?
