So I'm getting pretty restless without any headphones and I realized, I have no idea at all how long it will be before I get them. Its a little late to email UE, so how long did it take them to make yours? My impressions got to them last wed morning, so its been a week so far for me

It took them I think a week from the day that they recieved my $+molds
Memory is a little fuzzy, but it's around there

BTW, I was in New Orleans when I ordered it

They were delivered approximately 10 days after my impressions arrived in Irvine.

Try not to think about it and they will arrive sooner.

did they send you any kind oif a shipment email at all, or di they just show up?

Call them up tomorrow and ask. I called them and asked them when they would be made and sent to me and they looked up my order and told me when they would be done and would ship them out and when I should expect them. Their customer service is great, so use it as much as you can! Also, if you get a refit, they usually ship them back to you the day after they get them, so you could get them back that same week. The initial wait is the hardest part, but it will all be worth it soon. Enjoy!

I'm in process of getting the UE-5c. Just request for them to tell you when they are done. I called and checked on my status. They are calling me when they have completed the earphones. Their customer service is amazing.

I think the average time is around 10 days. I got mine a little quicker as a birthday gift from Mike.
