Is anyone else having this problem? The memory wire tube (and eventually the wire itself) will break where circled in red after about 10 months of use. This is my second cable that has broken in the exact same manner in the same time period.

Does anyone have any solutions? Aftermarket cables? Crazy glue? I don't believe cables are covered under warranty.

God this is why I hate memory wire in cables. I have a DHC Symbiote SE for my UM CIEM and it's superb. Check it out!

I find it amusing they tout their custom connector as being more robust and then the weakest link starts to fail. I would just chalk it up to mass production issues. They can't all be perfect. UE uses the same manufacturing company as most every other CIEM manufacturer for their stock cables. UE doesnt make them themselves. Just spend the money on a new one or check out the aftermarket IEM cable list linked in my signature. You can find all types of information about all the cables listed. I hopefully will be making some revisions to it soon as well.
