I recently purchased the UE 11 pros but the left ear did not have a good seal so i sent it back them for a refit. (they were great, offered me free next day air shipping). But anyways, they are fixing it on wednesday but i'm not sure whether my fit was too tight or too loose! I felt that if I pushed it in as far as i could, there would be a decent seal, but when i removed the pressure, it would come out slightly and lose its seal again. Also when my ears are slightly damp (After swimming), there is a good seal.
So my main question is, is my left monitor too tight or too loose?
Anyone have suggestions on how my monitors should be modified?

p.s. for now i told them that it was too loose, and they said they would tighten the aperture area, i also told them to also tighten the canal area.
