Interesting. Much more informative than the UE mold video (can be found on youtube). It seems that either Etymotic does theirs differently.

Pretty straightforward though; nice to see it in action as well.

seems like ACS had a special deal with etymotic in the UK for free custom ear moulds there is videos of getting impressions done on youtube also UE has a video of start to finish production of UE-10's
