Hi all
I am sure someone on these boards must have had these done before.
My question is are they really worth it.
Also what do they add to the experience of the ety 4S and what do they take away.
are there certain types f materials that are better for islation.
Please advise..
I have booked an appointment but if they are not that great an improvement then I will cancel the appointment.

Cheers

Are the custom mods disposable like the foam tips? Or do they last a long time like the silicone tips?

I would like to know as well. I bought ~$90 worth of foam tips (I know, I have gone mad

i got the package deal on one of those custom molds.... but seperately it costs $110 i believe. and it SUCKS. it doesn't isolate as well, and sounds much worse. don't waste your money. the only advantage is it fits better and is more comfortable if you wear them for long periods. but the seal of the stock rubber or foam tips is much better. after all, the stock stuff comforms to your ear canal. the custom ones are already permanent, and will never seal as well.
