What can you expect from this ?

i know nothing about DIY, would anyone who is familiar with this tell me what is going on ?

Well, I have no clue about that, but I am waiting on my MS-Pro to arrive!!

according to the designer..
he will make a transistor headphone amp
rather than using OPAMP

i am clueless too

At a glance it looks like a balanced opamp->BJT amp. Closest common DIY design would be PPA but the PPA uses a push-pull design in the output stage as opposed to a single ended approach like the amp in the picture appears to have.

How it will sound will depend on the opamps and transistors used.
