Does anyone have any places in the US that they would recommend that can diagnose Custom IEM problems/do repairs? I have a pair of custom reshelled TF10's (from LEAR in HK, stay away from them) and one of the ears stopped working, and LEAR doesn't have any warranties for repair nor are they willing to take a look at it.
Is there any vendor in the US that is willing to take a look at this or anyone who would have the expertise to do so? Thanks!
