Ok guys, so my question is, is there any good guides to make my own 3.5mm jack, like with my own sleeving. That is fairly easy to do?

Did you search the forums first?  I believe somewhere in the wiki section there is info to get you started.  The DIY cable gallery is full of best practices and pictures for inspiration.
