I have been adding music to musicbee for transfer to my cowon plenue d but when i send to device it doesn't move as the split tracks. I keep just getting the whole single file.the tracks show split in musicbee though. it hasnt happened with everything just the last few times. help?

Edit > Preferences > Devices > Configure > Settings

Check if 'Split files' is checked
