I was wondering if anyone knew how these two chips compare. I bought the dac-in-the-box from Eddie Wu. Upon taking it apart to see if any parts would be easily upgraded, I noticed that the dac chip was CS43122 instead of cs4397 advertised on Eddie's site. I assume Eddie wouldn't knowingly ship the wrong one, but I was wondering if there was a distinct difference in sound quality between the chips. Also, if anyone else wants to which chip they have, that would be interesting. Thanks for any input.
